I got this email a month or so ago - don't know if the horse is still available

I have a schoolmaster jumper/dressage
horse for lease. He is 21 y/o, 16.1, liver chestnut, Selle Francais
(sire)/Thoroughbred/Saddlebred (dam) gelding, in very good condition for his
age.

He was a successful jumper on the show circuit in Denver, NM, and California
for 9 years, and has a very good dressage training foundation, also. He has
a little hock arthritis, which is well maintained on Cosequin and a good
warm up. He is shod and ready to go, recently ridden and in great shape.

Wonderful, horse for a rider wanting to learn to jump, or would make a nice
lower level dressage schooling horse. Fun on trails. Calm and easy to
handle. Best matched with an advanced beginner to intermediate rider, mostly
because he just hasn't had a lot of beginners ride him.

If you know anyone who might enjoy a horse like this, please contact me - I
am just looking to keep him going, and cover his expenses. He is happiest
when he has more to do than eat grass in the pasture. He was my daughter's
horse for several years, but she is away from home now in school.
