Can someone tell me how to properly measure a horse so a saddle will fit properly? A saddle is such a large investment I want it to fit my horse right and not cause him any discomfort.

Thanks, ~ Jill

Jill,
If you go to the Crest Ridge saddle website, they have instructions of doing a wither tracing and explaining saddle fit. They sell gaited, non-gaited and saddles for mules.
